    Questions?

    FAQ

    Is it ready to use?

Yes, it arrives ready to play: stick it on, put a disc on and it plays. And you choose the songs: swap them over USB-C by dragging one MP3 into each folder.

    What files does it play?

MP3. If your song is in another format, any free converter can turn it into an MP3 in seconds.

Can I change the songs later?

Yes, as often as you like. Just plug it back into your computer and swap the file in the folder.

    How big is it?

    It's small, made for a desk or a fridge: it measures 4.3 × 5.1 × 1.2 in (11 × 13 × 3 cm), and each disc is about 1.8 in across.

Will it stick to any fridge?

It holds on with a magnet, so it works on fridges, lockers or any metal surface. Some stainless steel fridges aren't magnetic, so test yours with a magnet first.

    When will it arrive?

Shipping is free to the US and Canada. Your order ships in 1-2 business days and arrives in 7-14 days, with tracking ( days in total from your order). We email you the tracking number.

What if I don't love it?

Easy returns within 14 days of delivery. Just email us first and we'll tell you how to send it back. See our returns policy for details.

    Is it a good gift?

It's the kind of gift that gets used the same day: open it, stick it on the fridge and put a disc on. It comes in its own box, ready to wrap.
