2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of products at katseyemusicbox.com. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms in full.

3. Products

We sell NFC fridge music players and their accessories. The player is delivered without music: the buyer loads their own files. Photos are for illustration only; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include shipping to the United States and Canada. We may change prices from time to time, but the price that applies is always the one shown when you place your order.

5. How to order

1. Choose the product and the pack
2. Review your order summary in the cart
3. Enter your shipping and billing details
4. Make the payment
5. You'll receive a confirmation by email

Before paying you can review and correct any of your details. The confirmation email is our acceptance of your order and completes the contract.

6. Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. The transaction takes place in a secure environment and we do not store your card details.

7. Shipping and delivery times

• Delivery area: United States and Canada.
• Processing: 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation
• Transit: 7 to 14 days
• Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking number.

If, for exceptional reasons, we cannot deliver within the stated time, we will let you know and you may cancel the contract for a full refund.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you designate, physically receive the product.

8. Faulty or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us at eyekons@katseyemusicbox.com with your order number and a description of the problem. See our returns policy for details.

9. Returns

Easy returns within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. See our returns policy for the full procedure.

11. Severability

If any clause is found to be invalid, the rest of these terms remain fully in effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
