Easy returns within 14 days of delivery
You can return the product without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery.
How:
- Let us know before the 14 days are up, by email to eyekons@katseyemusicbox.com or using the template at the end of this page.
- Send us the product within 14 days of that message.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving your message.
Cost: return shipping is paid by you, unless the product arrived faulty or was the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
Refund: to the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until we receive the product or until you show proof that you've shipped it.
If the product has been handled beyond what is needed to check what it is and how it works, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value in proportion to the damage.
Faulty or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you bought, email us at eyekons@katseyemusicbox.com as soon as you notice, with a photo. We cover all the costs and arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Return address
Before sending anything, email us at eyekons@katseyemusicbox.com and we'll email you the address to send the package to.
We don't accept collect (freight-due) shipments or returns without prior notice: without it we can't identify your order.
Appendix · Return request template
You can use this template to tell us you want to return your purchase, but you don't have to: an email with your name and order number works too. Copy it, fill it in and send it to eyekons@katseyemusicbox.com.
